Business is all about making a profit, and Network Providers are no different. Margins on old legacy products are small, therefore they want customers to take new products to maximise growth.

Once a new Product reaches maturity, the company resource maintaining the old service, moves.

Most people understand a company’s core resources, such as Sales, Order Management, Customer Services, but with Network Providers, there are other functions that are not so familiar. Product Management, Capacity Planning, Fraud Management.

IP Telephony, has already reached maturity, and resource on old legacy products has already shifted. Hence the reason fraud and service failure has increased.
